Scope of work involved writing the specs and designing the all stowage and transfer systems for the drill-ships "Discoverer Enterprise" and "Discoverer Spirit". Ensuring that all Coastguard USCFR, Marpol and Class regulations were met and complied with.

Provided consultation towards risk analysis and assessment toward the joint industry project for FPSO in the US Gulf. Conducted a study on mooring analysis for side-to-side tandem and horizontal transfer of early production oil from mother vessel tankers.  Prepared an operation manual for the operation of the transfer and storage system. Designed the ESP (emergency shutdown for the transfer system.
